Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Manager, SOX 360 to join the Salesforce team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the SOX 360 process for our business, ensuring compliance with internal and external control requirements and delivering high-quality reporting. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in finance and have an eye for detail, be able to multitask and have an understanding of the SOX control environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the SOX 360 process for the business, ensuring compliance with internal and external control requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain SOX policies and procedures.
  3. Oversee the execution of the annual SOX testing program and ensure timely completion.
  4. Prepare and review SOX control documentation, such as test plans, test scripts, and results.
  5. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
  6. Identify control deficiencies and develop remediation plans.
  7. Prepare and maintain related SOX process documentation.
  8. Prepare and deliver high-quality SOX reporting.
  9. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss SOX results.
  10. Maintain relationships with internal and external auditors.
  11. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
  12. Stay up to date with changes in SOX regulations and best practices.
  13. Monitor and report on SOX performance metrics.
