  1. Lead and manage a team of solution consultants to drive sales and revenue growth for Salesforce.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce's products and services in order to effectively consult and advise clients on the best solutions for their business needs.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute effective strategies for identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction with Salesforce's solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to inform solution development and differentiate Salesforce's offerings.
  6. Provide guidance and coaching to solution consultants to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively consult and close deals.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to enhance and improve Salesforce's solutions.
  8. Analyze and report on sales and revenue data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences, showcasing our solutions and thought leadership.
  10. Continuously strive for personal and team growth, staying informed on best practices and industry developments to constantly improve solution consulting processes and strategies.
