- Lead and manage a team of solution consultants to drive sales and revenue growth for Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce's products and services in order to effectively consult and advise clients on the best solutions for their business needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute effective strategies for identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction with Salesforce's solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to inform solution development and differentiate Salesforce's offerings.
- Provide guidance and coaching to solution consultants to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively consult and close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to enhance and improve Salesforce's solutions.
- Analyze and report on sales and revenue data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences, showcasing our solutions and thought leadership.
- Continuously strive for personal and team growth, staying informed on best practices and industry developments to constantly improve solution consulting processes and strategies.
