  1. Develop and execute strategic self-service marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  2. Manage and mentor a team of marketers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success in meeting campaign goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to ensure alignment and integration of self-service marketing initiatives.
  4. Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to drive performance and meet key metrics, such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in self-service marketing and incorporate them into campaign strategies.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and internal teams, to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
  7. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  8. Identify and implement new and innovative ways to reach and engage with target audiences.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing leadership team to develop overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on the self-service model, providing insights and recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
