
Manager, Sales Programs
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Manager, Sales Programs to join our team at Salesforce. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter and a team player who is passionate about sales and understands the importance of developing and driving effective sales programs and initiatives. If you have the required qualifications and the drive to help us build our sales organization, we’d love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field• 5+ years of experience in sales and/or sales program management• Proven track record in developing and driving sales programs• Knowledge of Salesforce products and services• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Resourceful and proactive approach to tackling challenges • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales programs and initiatives.
- Analyze and track sales performance and outcomes.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to increase sales.
- Monitor and evaluate competitor activity.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Manage budgets for sales programs and initiatives.
- Monitor customer feedback and adjust programs accordingly.
