- Lead and Manage a High-Performing Sales Development Team: The Manager of Sales Development will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of sales development representatives to achieve their goals and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: This role will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to reach potential customers and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: The Manager of Sales Development will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: This individual will work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize overall company success.
- Mentor and Train Sales Development Representatives: The Manager of Sales Development will be responsible for coaching and training the sales development team to improve their skills and achieve their full potential.

- Monitor and Report on Sales Development Metrics: The Manager of Sales Development will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key sales development metrics, such as conversion rates and pipeline growth, to senior management.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Development, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A High-Performing Sales Team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Salesforce Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Understand And Analyze Market Trends And Competitor Strategies.
