  6. Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance team performance.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
  8. Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  9. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional image of the company at all times, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
