  1. Develop and execute the product strategy for Salesforce's Service Cloud division, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and launch of new products and features.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends, and use this information to inform product decisions.
  4. Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand customer feedback and incorporate it into the product roadmap.
  5. Set and track product performance metrics, and use data to make data-driven decisions about product improvements and enhancements.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to gain insights and validate product ideas.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and use this knowledge to continuously improve the Service Cloud product offering.
  8. Manage product budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  9. Communicate product updates and progress to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  10. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth and development.
  11. Represent Salesforce and the Service Cloud division at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
  12. Collaborate with other product managers and departments to ensure alignment and integration of Service Cloud with other Salesforce products and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Product Management Experience: A Manager Of Product Management For Service Cloud At Salesforce Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In A Saas Or Cloud-Based Environment. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Products, As Well As Developing Product Strategies And Roadmaps.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Service Cloud: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Salesforce's Service Cloud Platform, Including Its Features, Capabilities, And Integrations. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Best Practices And Trends In Customer Service And Support.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Product Managers. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, Provide Guidance And Support, And Foster A Collaborative And Inclusive Work Environment.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Manager Of Product Management For Service Cloud Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Have A Deep Understanding Of The Business. They Should Be Able To Identify Market Opportunities, Develop Business Cases, And Make Data-Driven Decisions That Align With The Company's Overall Goals And Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management: This Role Requires Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written. The Manager Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams, Executive Leadership, And Key Stakeholders, Including Customers And Partners. They Should Also Have Strong Presentation Skills And Be Able To Influence And Negotiate To Drive Product Initiatives Forward.
