Job Description

As a Manager of Mulesoft Product Enablement Training at Salesforce, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and adoption of our Mulesoft platform.   1. Lead and develop a team of trainers: The Manager of Mulesoft Product Enablement Training will be responsible for managing and developing a team of trainers who will provide training and support for Salesforce employees and customers.
  2. Drive the success and adoption of Mulesoft platform: The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that the Mulesoft platform is successfully adopted and utilized by employees and customers. This will involve creating effective training programs and resources to support this goal.
  3. Develop training programs: This role will be responsible for developing comprehensive training programs for Mulesoft, including both in-person and online training modules. These programs should be tailored to meet the needs of various roles and skill levels within Salesforce.

Empower employees and customers: The Manager of Mulesoft Product Enablement Training will play a critical role in empowering both employees and customers to fully leverage the capabilities of Mulesoft. This will involve creating engaging and interactive training materials and providing ongoing support and resources.

They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Product Features, Capabilities, And Use Cases.

  • Technical Expertise: As A Manager, Mulesoft Product Enablement Trainer, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Hands-On Experience With Mulesoft Products. They Should Be Familiar With Different Integration Patterns, Api Design Principles, And Have The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues.
