Job Description

The Manager, Global Public Sector Contracts & Compliance at Salesforce is a key role responsible for providing expertise on public sector contracts and compliance, as well as driving strategic initiatives within our Global Public Sector team. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of public sector contracts, regulations, and processes, as well as experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of the public sector landscape. We are looking for an individual with an inspiring and positive attitude that will help us deliver world-class solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain expertise in public sector contracts, regulations, and processes.
  2. Lead a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector.
  4. Develop and implement strategic initiatives within the Global Public Sector team.
  5. Ensure compliance with public sector regulations.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team.
  7. Guide and mentor team members to ensure their success.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience.
