We are seeking a driven and analytical individual to join our team as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis for our Commerce Cloud division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the financial strategy and decision-making for one of our key business units. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about data analysis, strategic planning, and driving business growth.   1. Develop and execute financial strategy for the Commerce Cloud division, in line with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide valuable insights to drive business growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  4. Monitor and report on key financial metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
  6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform financial decisions and ensure the division remains competitive.
  7. Lead the annual budgeting and planning process for the Commerce Cloud division, working closely with department heads to establish targets and align with company objectives.
  8. Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track performance and support decision-making.
  9. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  11. Communicate financial information and insights effectively to various stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and business partners.
  12. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential financial risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  14. Drive ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned by senior management.

  • Strong Financial Analysis Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis, Including Financial Modeling, Forecasting, And Budgeting. They Should Have Experience In Analyzing And Interpreting Financial Data To Provide Actionable Insights And Recommendations For Business Decisions.

  • Knowledge Of Commerce Cloud: The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis-Commerce Cloud Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce's Commerce Cloud Platform. They Should Be Familiar With Its Features, Capabilities, And How It Integrates With Other Salesforce Products To Drive Business Growth.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: As A Manager, The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Leading And Managing A Team. They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, And Foster A Collaborative And Inclusive Work Environment.

  • Business Acumen: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Understand And Align Financial Goals With Overall Business Objectives. They Should Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategies To Drive Profitability, Growth, And Efficiency.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For A Manager In This Role, As They Will Be Expected To Present Financial Information To Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Presentation Skills, Be Able To Communicate Complex Financial Information In An Easily Understandable Manner, And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.
