- Lead the transformation of finance processes and systems to leverage the power of cloud-based ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency for the finance organization.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance transformation and cloud ERP systems.

Extensive Experience In Finance Transformation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Leading Finance Transformation Projects In A Large Organization. This Includes Experience In Implementing Cloud Erp Solutions And Driving Process Improvement Initiatives.
Strong Knowledge Of Cloud Erp Systems: The Candidate Should Have Deep Understanding Of Cloud Erp Systems, Especially Salesforce's Own Financial Services Cloud And Financialforce. They Should Have Hands-On Experience In Configuring And Customizing These Systems To Meet Business Needs.
Project Management Skills: As A Manager, Finance Transformation And Cloud Erp, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading Complex Projects That Involve Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Timelines, Budgets, And Resources Effectively.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Think Critically And Analytically To Identify Opportunities For Finance Transformation And Process Improvement.
