- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the Customer Success Group (CSG).
- Lead and manage the CSG Metrics & Analytics team, providing guidance and direction in financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Product, to develop and implement financial plans and initiatives.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and forecasting to ensure the CSG is on track to meet its financial targets.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the CSG.
- Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform financial planning and decision-making.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the CSG Metrics & Analytics team.
- Train and develop team members in financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and procedures to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Serve as a key resource for the CSG leadership team, providing financial expertise and guidance.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Finance, Strategy, Or Analytics Roles, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.
Proven Track Record Of Managing Financial Planning And Analysis, Developing Business Strategies, And Implementing Data-Driven Solutions.
Strong Understanding Of Key Financial Metrics And Analytics, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Decision-Making At All Levels Of The Organization.
