Job Description

At Salesforce, we are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manager, Finance & Strategy. With a passion for problem-solving, the ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational excellence.The Manager, Finance & Strategy will be a critical part of our dynamic and innovative team. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will be an analytical thinker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of leading projects from concept to delivery.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field. A CPA or MBA is a plus. You must have at least 5 years of experience in a finance or strategy role and a proven track record of driving business growth and managing projects. You must have strong financial modeling skills and be comfortable with forecasting and budgeting. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. You must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement financial and strategic plans to support business objectives.
  2. Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Lead financial modeling and forecasting efforts.
  4. Develop budgets and track progress against goals.
  5. Analyze key business drivers and recommend strategies for improvement.
  6. Create reports and presentations for senior management.
  7. Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  9. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
  10. Proactively identify and resolve issues.
