A CPA or MBA is a plus. You must have at least 5 years of experience in a finance or strategy role and a proven track record of driving business growth and managing projects. You must have strong financial modeling skills and be comfortable with forecasting and budgeting. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
