  1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and build scalable pipeline programs that align with those goals.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and drive continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.
  4. Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute field marketing programs and ensure successful implementation and delivery of results.
  5. Monitor and track the performance of pipeline programs, providing regular reporting and analysis to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
  6. Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and provide support in developing targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders, product managers, and external partners, to drive collaboration and alignment on marketing efforts.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to identify new opportunities and drive innovation in marketing strategies.
  9. Manage budget and resources effectively to maximize ROI and ensure successful execution of all marketing programs.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our products and services to external audiences and building a strong reputation in the market.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Field Marketing Or Pipeline Programs, Preferably In A B2B Software Or Technology Company.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Scaling Successful Pipeline Programs, Including Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, And Lead Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales And Marketing Alignment, With Experience Working Closely With Sales Teams To Drive Pipeline Growth And Revenue.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Initiatives Simultaneously While Meeting Tight Deadlines.

  • Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Metrics To Make Informed Decisions And Optimize Performance Of Pipeline Programs.
