  1. Develop and implement strategic programs to drive and scale pipeline growth for the field marketing organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and demand generation, to create effective and cohesive campaigns.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and develop targeted messaging and positioning.
  4. Create and manage budgets for assigned programs, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  5. Monitor and track program performance metrics, providing regular reports and analysis to key stakeholders.
  6. Identify and implement innovative tactics and strategies to reach and engage potential customers.
  7. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and drive alignment between marketing programs and sales initiatives.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as event organizers and media outlets, to amplify marketing efforts.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform and improve marketing strategies.
  10. Act as a mentor and leader for junior members of the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  11. Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences, networking with potential customers and promoting the company's brand.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize program effectiveness and efficiency.
  13. Communicate and present program updates and results to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
  14. Ensure timely and successful execution of all program elements, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and mission at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Field Marketing Role With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Pipeline Growth.

  • Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Products And Services, As Well As The B2B Tech Industry.

  • Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Field Marketers, With A Focus On Driving Pipeline Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leaders.
