Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Enterprise Sales Development to join our Salesforce team. This critical role will lead a team of sales development representatives (SDRs) in driving pipeline and revenue growth across our enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate is an innovative leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to manage and motivate a remote team to drive success.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales development, preferably within a software/technology related business. You should be a self-starter with a passion for developing and executing sales strategies and the drive to exceed team and individual quotas. You should have excellent communication skills, have an understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, and possess an enthusiasm for our products and services. In addition, you should have strong relationship building and collaboration skills, as well as a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of sales development representatives to drive pipeline and revenue growth across enterprise accounts.
  2. Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to exceed team and individual quotas.
  3. Maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  6. Develop and manage customer-centric approaches to enterprise sales cycle.
  7. Utilize software/technology systems to maximize sales and customer experience.
  8. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure growth.
  9. Recruit, onboard, and lead a remote team of SDRs.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends.
