- Develop and implement innovative and effective learning programs that align with Salesforce's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and create targeted training solutions.
- Lead a team of learning and development professionals to ensure high-quality and engaging learning experiences.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make necessary improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee development to continuously improve the learning and development strategy.
- Create and manage a budget for learning and development initiatives, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Build relationships with external vendors and training partners to enhance the learning experience.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting and encouraging employee participation in learning opportunities.
- Manage the development and delivery of new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Monitor and report on the progress and impact of learning and development initiatives to senior leadership.
- Coach and mentor employees to support their professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and laws related to learning and development.
- Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to identify and address skill gaps and development needs.
- Develop and maintain learning resources, including online courses, job aids, and other training materials.
- Communicate the value and impact of learning and development programs to employees and stakeholders.
- Act as a role model for continuous learning and development within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Learning And Development Role, Preferably In A Large Corporation.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience Designing And Delivering Training Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Employees At All Levels.
Experience With Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technology Tools.
