Job Description

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy for all employees at Salesforce.
  2. Collaborate with department heads to identify and prioritize learning needs and create tailored training programs.
  3. Conduct regular needs assessments and performance evaluations to identify skill gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.
  4. Manage and oversee the delivery of training programs, including in-person and virtual learning opportunities.
  5. Monitor and track the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance the training offerings.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of learning and development professionals, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.
  8. Develop and manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  9. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure that learning and development initiatives align with overall company goals and objectives.
  10. Act as a champion for continuous learning and development, promoting a culture of growth and development within the company.
  11. Build relationships with external training providers and vendors to source relevant and high-quality training materials.
  12. Communicate regularly with employees to gather feedback on training programs and make necessary improvements.
  13. Develop and maintain learning and development metrics and reports to track progress and measure success.
  14. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to learning and development.
  15. Represent the company and the learning and development team at internal and external events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Effective Training Programs, Preferably In A Software/Technology Company.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate Employees At All Levels.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Leading A Team Of Learning And Development Professionals.

  • Familiarity With Salesforce Products And Services, As Well As Industry Trends And Best Practices In Employee Training And Development.
