Job Description

  1. Develop and implement learning and development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of learning and development professionals to deliver high-quality training programs for employees.
  3. Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify learning needs and design programs to address them.
  4. Oversee the creation, delivery, and evaluation of training materials, including presentations, e-learning courses, and workshops.
  5. Monitor and analyze employee learning and development metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and make necessary improvements.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in learning and development to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
  7. Mentor and coach employees at all levels to support their professional growth and development.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting internal and external resources and opportunities.
  9. Manage the learning and development budget and ensure effective use of resources.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and subject matter experts to bring in new and relevant training programs.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for learning and development initiatives.
  12. Communicate and promote the value of learning and development to employees and leaders throughout the organization.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to learning and development.
  14. Act as a role model for continuous learning and development by actively participating in training and professional development opportunities.
  15. Create an inclusive and positive learning environment that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Learning And Development Programs, Preferably In A Global Organization.

  • Proven Experience In Managing A Team And Leading Large-Scale Learning Initiatives, With A Track Record Of Delivering Measurable Results.
