- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
- Lead and manage a team of learning and development professionals to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.
- Collaborate with various departments and leaders to identify learning and development needs and create tailored programs to address them.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and online courses.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to bring innovative and effective approaches to the company's training programs.
- Create and manage a budget for learning and development initiatives.
- Act as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Communicate regularly with employees to promote learning opportunities and encourage participation in training programs.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure learning and development initiatives align with performance management and career development processes.
- Maintain relationships with external training providers and develop partnerships to bring in new resources and opportunities for employee development.
- Develop and maintain learning and development materials, such as training manuals, job aids, and online resources.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the company.
- Lead by example and promote a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel supported and encouraged to grow.
- Prepare and present reports on learning and development metrics and outcomes to company leadership.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Learning And Development Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Management Or Leadership Position.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Training And Development Programs.
Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
