Job Description

This role entails both operational and strategic work. It requires a mix of skills including partner management, requirements gathering, meticulous documentation, program and project management, and Salesforce platform knowledge. Own the maintenance of our customer object in our own Salesforce instance (20%): this object defines who is our customer and supports several cross-functional business processes. This responsibility makes the role high visibility- partners will know your name and come to you for help. Represent your team in a company-wide initiative to redesign our internal data architecture platform. Salesforce has launched a multi-year, company-wide, strategic project to support our future growth.

Job Qualifications
  • 8+ years of total work experience. Experience in management consulting, operations management

  • 5+ years of professional experience crafting and leading cross-functional and strategic projects

  • Understanding of Salesforce object model and basic Admin concepts
