- Develop and execute a strategic plan for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets.
- Conduct thorough research and due diligence on potential acquisition targets, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and product teams, to evaluate the potential impact of acquisitions on company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential acquisition targets, industry experts, and investment bankers to identify potential opportunities.
- Negotiate and structure deals that are aligned with the company's growth strategy and financial objectives.
- Develop and present comprehensive business cases and recommendations to senior leadership for potential acquisitions.
- Collaborate with integration teams to ensure smooth and successful integration of acquired companies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for strategic partnerships and investments.
- Monitor and track performance of acquired companies and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Identify and execute on other strategic initiatives that support the company's growth and business objectives.
- Mentor and coach team members to ensure continued growth and development within the corporate development team.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's brand and growth strategy.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Acquisitions, Strategic Partnerships, Or Corporate Development.
Strong Understanding Of The Technology Industry And Experience With Software As A Service (Saas) Business Models.
Demonstrated Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Complex Acquisition Deals.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
