  4. Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  5. Lead and manage a team to execute on acquisitions and partnerships, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, investors, and internal teams.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for the company.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and marketing, to develop and execute on integration plans.
  9. Monitor and track the success and impact of acquisitions and partnerships, making adjustments as needed.
  10. Act as a thought leader and representative of the company in the tech industry, attending conferences and networking events to build relationships and promote the company's brand.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis And Valuation Techniques.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Strategic Planning Or Acquisitions Role, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Execute Complex Initiatives.

  • Proven Ability To Identify And Evaluate Potential Acquisition Targets, Negotiate Deals, And Integrate Acquired Companies Into The Organization.
