Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis And Valuation Techniques.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Strategic Planning Or Acquisitions Role, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Execute Complex Initiatives.
Proven Ability To Identify And Evaluate Potential Acquisition Targets, Negotiate Deals, And Integrate Acquired Companies Into The Organization.
