  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for identifying and pursuing potential acquisitions and partnerships.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with potential acquisition targets and strategic partners.
  4. Lead negotiations and manage due diligence processes for potential acquisitions and partnerships.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the potential impact of acquisitions and partnerships on Salesforce's business goals.
  6. Develop and present business cases for proposed acquisitions and partnerships to senior leadership.
  7. Oversee the integration of acquired companies and partnerships into Salesforce's operations and systems.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators for acquired companies and partnerships.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  10. Mentor and develop team members to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team.
  11. Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and identify potential opportunities.
  12. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure all acquisitions and partnerships are compliant with regulations and align with Salesforce's financial goals.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and strategies for identifying and pursuing acquisitions and partnerships.
  14. Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on the progress of acquisitions and partnerships.
  15. Uphold Salesforce's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Executing And Integrating Acquisitions And Strategic Initiatives.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Development, Mergers And Acquisitions, Or Strategic Planning.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis And Valuation Methods.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
