Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Learning Experience Design And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Or Technology Environment
Proficiency In Instructional Design Principles, Adult Learning Theory, And Learning Management Systems
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Meet Deadlines
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Subject Matter Experts.
