Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Ux Research: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Conducting User Research, Preferably In A Product-Driven Organization. They Should Be Well-Versed In A Variety Of Research Methodologies And Tools, And Have A Strong Portfolio Demonstrating Their Impact On Product Development.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Lead Ux Researcher At Salesforce Should Possess Exceptional Analytical Abilities And Be Able To Synthesize Complex Data Into Actionable Insights. They Should Also Have A Keen Eye For Identifying User Pain Points And Be Able To Provide Strategic Recommendations To Improve The Overall User Experience.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Lead Ux Researcher, The Candidate Will Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams Including Designers, Product Managers, And Engineers. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Convey Research Findings And Collaborate With Team Members To Drive Product Improvements.

  • Familiarity With Salesforce Products And Customers: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Products And Services, As Well As The Needs And Preferences Of Salesforce Customers. This Will Enable Them To Conduct Research That Aligns With The Company's Goals And Addresses The Specific Needs Of Its Customers.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: The Lead Ux Researcher Will Be Responsible For Managing And Leading A Team Of Ux Researchers, As Well As Driving The Research Strategy For Product Development.
