  1. Lead the technical aspect of the sales process by collaborating with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions using Salesforce products and services.
  2. Utilize technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce to provide guidance and support to the sales team during customer interactions and presentations.
  3. Take ownership of the solution engineering process, including understanding customer requirements, designing solutions, and presenting proposals to clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce products, services, and industry trends to continuously enhance and improve the solutions offered to clients.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of solution engineers, providing guidance and support to help them deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
  7. Participate in customer meetings and presentations to showcase the value of Salesforce products and services and address any technical inquiries or concerns.
  8. Take charge of solution demonstrations and proof of concepts to showcase the capabilities of Salesforce products and services to potential clients.
