Job Description

Do you have the technical expertise and business acumen to solve complex customer problems and translate them into business solutions? We are looking for a Lead Solution Engineer to join our Consumer Business Services team at Salesforce. In this role, you will be the key interface between Salesforce's product teams and our customers, responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance as well as enabling the team to provide the highest level of service.You will need to have a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving. We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work independently and collaboratively, and is eager to learn and grow with our team.If you think you are the right fit, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the key interface between Salesforce's product teams and their customers
  2. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Consumer Business Services team
  3. Enable the team to provide the highest level of service
  4. Identify, analyze, and solve complex customer problems
  5. Develop business solutions for customers based on technical expertise
  6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, and team members
  7. Work independently and collaboratively
  8. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and Salesforce product offerings
  9. Mentor and train team members
  10. Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science

  • Engineering

  • + Years Of Software Engineering Experience

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Delivering Customer-Facing Solutions

  • Advanced Experience With Salesforce’s Cloud Platform

  • Knowledge Of Salesforce’s Customer Service Solutions

  • Ability To Quickly Understand Customer Requirements And Design Solutions
