
Lead Solution Engineer - Consumer Business Services

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key interface between Salesforce's product teams and their customers
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Consumer Business Services team
- Enable the team to provide the highest level of service
- Identify, analyze, and solve complex customer problems
- Develop business solutions for customers based on technical expertise
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, and team members
- Work independently and collaboratively
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and Salesforce product offerings
- Mentor and train team members
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure customer satisfaction
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science
Engineering
Or A Related Field
+ Years Of Software Engineering Experience
Proven Experience In Developing And Delivering Customer-Facing Solutions
Advanced Experience With Salesforce’s Cloud Platform
Knowledge Of Salesforce’s Customer Service Solutions
