Job Description

The Platform DX team is building the next generation of tools empowering Salesforce software developers to build products that surprise and delight our customers. The scope for this position will be responsible for designing experiences on the cutting edge of continuous integration and delivery systems that Salesforce developers use to plan, build, test, and deploy their code. The ideal candidate has experience in technical enterprise products, leading design teams, partnering with PM and Engineering teams. You will be expected to understand and embrace complex technical problems and drive a vision to solve them with design. This role will work across all of Education Cloud's major product lines to deliver simple, intuitive user experiences.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering products from start to finish as part of a cross-functional team

  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices

  • The ability to explore ideas, persuade others, and build consensus on fast-moving projects with varying degrees of ambiguity

  • Experience developing software that is global in reach, universal in design, and designed for users of multiple languages and abilities
