Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Lead Network Engineer to join the Salesforce team and take charge of our networking infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our network systems, ensuring that Salesforce remains connected and secure.To be successful in this position, you must have a solid technical background in network engineering, as well as proven experience leading teams and projects. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in guiding your team as you work to maximize network performance.If you’re a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who enjoys leading teams and tackling complex problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, implement, and maintain network systems for the Salesforce team.
  2. Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Manage and lead a team of network engineers.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
  5. Maintain secure systems and ensure data integrity.
  6. Identify and implement best practices for network engineering.
  7. Perform regular assessments and audits to ensure network security.
  8. Develop and implement networking strategies.
  9. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and meet customer needs.
  10. Keep up to date with advances in network engineering technology and practices.
