Job Description

As an essential member of the Salesforce Security Operations team, the Lead Incident Responder plays a critical role in protecting company data and responding to security incidents. Under the guidance of the Security Operations Manager, this individual will be responsible for leading the technical incident response process and providing technical guidance to the incident response team.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise and knowledge of security protocols, network security, and incident response. The Lead Incident Responder must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work autonomously, and the willingness to take initiative and lead the incident response process.If you have the technical prowess and the leadership skills to ensure our company’s security, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the technical incident response process and provide technical guidance to the incident response team.
  2. Monitor security protocols, network security, and incident response.
  3. Use excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address security incidents.
  4. Work autonomously and take initiative in leading the incident response process.
  5. Report security incidents to the Security Operations Manager.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security protocols, network security, and incident response.
  7. Monitor and analyze security threats and recommend security measures to minimize risks.
  8. Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  9. Train and mentor other members of the security operations team.
  10. Respond to and investigate security incidents and provide reports of findings.
