  8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the company's technology strategy and stay ahead of industry trends.
  9. Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for adoption as appropriate.
  10. Monitor and report on the performance of technology initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.
  11. Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on technology-related matters.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our technology strategy and solutions.
  13. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies for promoting our technology offerings in the designated industries.
  14. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data privacy laws in all technology-related initiatives.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to technology strategy to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Expertise In Financial Services Industry: A Strong Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Including Current Trends, Challenges, And Opportunities, Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Financial Technology (Fintech), Regulatory Compliance, And Industry-Specific Processes And Systems.

  • Prior Experience In Technology Strategy: Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Technology Strategies For Financial Services Organizations. This Includes Experience In Identifying And Evaluating New Technologies, Developing Roadmaps, And Driving Execution.

  • Knowledge Of Growth Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Deep Understanding Of Growth Strategies For Financial Services Companies, Including Customer Acquisition, Retention, And Upsell/Cross-Sell. This Includes Experience In Developing And Executing Digital Marketing Initiatives, Leveraging Data And Analytics, And Driving Customer Engagement.
