  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with top ISV partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related activities.
  2. Work closely with ISV partners to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, driving revenue growth for both parties.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop joint go-to-market strategies and ensure partner success.
  4. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, address any challenges, and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on the Salesforce ecosystem, providing guidance and support to partners on how to best leverage the platform.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to internal teams and partners.
  7. Proactively identify potential new partners and work to onboard them onto the Salesforce platform.
  8. Actively participate in industry events and conferences to represent Salesforce and network with potential partners.
  9. Effectively communicate and negotiate partnership agreements and contracts.
  10. Track and report on key metrics related to partner performance and revenue generation.
  11. Mentor and coach junior members of the partnership team.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline partnership processes and procedures.
