Prior Experience In Recruiting For A Technology Company, Preferably In The Software Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Salesforce Products And Services, As Well As The Company's Culture And Values.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing And Hiring Top Talent For Various Roles Within The Company.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruiting Tools, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of Recruiting Metrics And Analytics.
