  1. Collaborate with the sales strategy and operations team to support the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and provide insights to the team.
  3. Assist in creating and maintaining sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
  4. Work with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of sales processes and procedures.
  5. Support the team in managing and optimizing sales data and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  6. Collaborate with sales representatives to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
  7. Assist in developing and delivering sales training materials to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  8. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and operations.
  9. Help to maintain and update sales documentation, including sales playbooks, training materials, and process documentation.
  10. Support the team in organizing and coordinating sales events, such as conferences and webinars.
  11. Perform administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow, and provide innovative ideas to improve sales strategies and operations.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
