Intern - IT Product Management, Business Technology

We’re looking for a highly motivated and passionate Intern to join our IT Product Management team within Business Technology at Salesforce. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain insight into the business technology industry and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the IT product management team, with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and efficiency.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have a solid understanding of IT product management principles. You must also have a working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, and have strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills. Previous experience in a technology-related role is highly desirable.This is a challenging role that will require you to think outside the box and be highly adaptable. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
8. Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues related to IT product management.
9. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and internal teams.
10. Participate in product planning and design sessions.
