Job Description

You will also also be involved as a SME in enterprise infrastructure SSO projects where you will interact with various business, security, engineering and operational teams. Manage queue of incoming SSO requests, prioritizing according to business need. Negotiate timing and set expectations with the business for each request. Fulfill the majority of incoming requests for setup and configuration of SSO Connected Applications (Service Providers) on the Salesforce Identity product (Identity Provider). Manage small projects and enhancements across the SSO team, as needed (certification renewal, etc.). Update and create SSO documentation for technical support groups, as needed. Communicate updates and backlog of requests with management.

Job Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Identity Provider, Active Directory, authentication/authorization, SSO

  • Salesforce administration experience a plus; Salesforce / force.com development experience a plus

  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies or concepts quickly

  • Ability to work on multiple requests simultaneously and balance conflicting demands

  • Breadth of knowledge of various infrastructure services (apps, systems, storage, databases, network, endpoints, mobile devices)
