  3. Lead and mentor a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service and high-quality food.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute various events, such as company meetings, conferences, and special occasions.
  5. Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  6. Monitor food costs and budget, making necessary adjustments to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  7. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for employees and guests, ensuring their satisfaction and enjoyment of the dining experience.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, and ensure all staff members are following them.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to foster their growth and development.
  12. Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, striving to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  13. Collaborate with the hospitality team to create a seamless and exceptional experience for all employees and guests.
  14. Represent the company's values and mission, promoting a positive brand image through exceptional hospitality services.
