Welcome! We are searching for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Digital Partner Sales at Salesforce. As the leader of our digital partner sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and managing relationships with our digital partners.   1. Develop and execute strategic plans for digital partner sales, in alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with digital partners to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to develop joint sales initiatives and programs with digital partners.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Train and mentor the digital partner sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
  6. Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential digital partners, showcasing the benefits of partnering with Salesforce.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce's products and services, as well as the digital partner landscape.
  8. Regularly communicate with senior leadership on the status of digital partner sales and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital partner-focused campaigns and initiatives.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to digital partner sales.
  11. Represent Salesforce at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and build relationships with potential digital partners.
  12. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the digital sales space and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  13. Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to leverage for potential partnership opportunities.
  14. Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on the performance of the digital partner sales team and overall partnership strategy.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Digital Landscape: A Deep Understanding Of The Digital Ecosystem, Including Emerging Technologies And Trends, Is Crucial For A Head Of Digital Partner Sales At Salesforce. This Will Enable The Candidate To Identify And Cultivate Partnerships That Align With The Company's Digital Strategy.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: As The Primary Point Of Contact For Digital Partners, The Head Of Digital Partner Sales Must Have Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders. This Includes Negotiating And Managing Partnerships, As Well As Resolving Any Conflicts That May Arise.

They Should Also Have Experience In Forecasting And Budgeting To Drive Revenue Growth And Meet Sales Targets.
