Job Description

At Salesforce, we are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as the Head of Digital Partner Sales. As a leader in the digital sales space, this role will be responsible for driving growth and success for our digital partner sales strategy. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and driving revenue through innovative digital solutions.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital partner sales strategy to drive growth and revenue for Salesforce.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with digital partners, including identifying and onboarding new partners.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align on strategy and drive successful execution.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform and adjust sales approach.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of digital partner sales professionals, setting clear goals and expectations for performance.
  6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships and strategic alliances.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce's digital solutions and effectively communicate their value to partners and customers.
  8. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with partners, identifying and addressing any challenges or issues.
  9. Track and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the digital partner sales process to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Represent Salesforce and the digital partner sales team at industry events and conferences.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital sales to inform and enhance the partner sales strategy.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance requirements.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting innovation, creativity, and continuous learning.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Experience In Driving And Managing Sales Within The Digital Partner Ecosystem, With A Focus On Building Strong Relationships And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Digital Landscape And How It Impacts The Sales And Marketing Strategies Of Organizations, With A Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Partner Sales Strategies.

  • Extensive Experience In Managing And Developing Sales Teams, Including Setting Targets, Coaching, And Performance Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Salesforce Products And Solutions, As Well As The Ability To Stay Up-To-Date On Industry Trends And Competitor Offerings.
