Global Contingent Sourcing Manager

Establish standard methodologies, maintain staffing supplier relationships for tier 1 suppliers. Establish and maintain program metrics. Regularly educating/training internal stakeholders on how to engage various contingent worker groups. Partner with Program Operations Manager and key hiring managers to improve onboarding process. Analyze and identify trends in Contingent Workforce program to inform strategy and drive program maturity. Lead business partner engagements involving to drive program initiatives, training, sourcing and execution of new programs. Negotiate successful contracts that meet business requirements (risk, quality, cost, etc.) across the contingent workforce categories. Deliver Supplier Diversity goals across the contingent workforce program. Work with operational program management to deliver contingent workforce expansion opportunities - i.e. Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Direct Sourcing, new global regions, etc.Identify process gaps and opportunities to drive efficiencies.
