- Train and mentor junior analysts as needed.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial planning and analysis.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Technology Company
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data
Knowledge Of Financial Planning And Analysis Tools And Software, Such As Hyperion, Tableau, Or Adaptive Insights
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Financial Insights And Recommendations To Senior Leadership.
