Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our Salesforce team and deliver financial planning and analysis support to our business. As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be an integral part of our financial team, ensuring that our financial planning and analysis is accurate and timely.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced financial professional with a passion for developing and improving process and systems. We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. You must also have 5+ years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience, as well as excellent knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting. Experience in Salesforce (or similar CRM system) is preferred.We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual who takes initiative and is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Provide financial planning and analysis support to the Salesforce team.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
3. Prepare financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
4. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial planning and analysis.
5. Monitor and analyze performance against plans and budgets.
6. Develop and improve processes and systems related to financial planning and analysis.
7. Manage the Salesforce system (or similar CRM system).
8. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis.
9. Provide advice and guidance to other departments on financial planning and analysis.
10. Stay up to date with emerging trends in the field of financial planning and analysis.
