Job Description

Proactively build strong, trusted working relationships with Finance functional leaders and Business Technology partners to drive alignment and optimize Portfolio operations. Collaborate globally to influence key stakeholders on Portfolio solutions, budget, and schedule. Lead weekly PMO team meetings to execute Portfolio objectives and prep for Executive meetings. Facilitate monthly and quarterly executive leadership forums to drive alignment and create meaningful dialog to push progress across the portfolio. Improve Portfolio processes and cadence to drive better visibility, engagement, and operations. Refine Portfolio data infrastructure to develop Portfolio dashboards and reports to execute strategy and report to executive leadership. Effectively manage, motivate and hold accountable program manager and team members in a matrixed organization to execute on priorities. Maintain role and responsibilities clear across PMO in dynamic environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with large transformation programs such as P2P (Procure to Pay), OTC (Order to Cash), R2R (Record to Report)

  • 5+ years experience managing complex project portfolio, preferably for large scale finance transformations

  • Experience driving successful portfolio, able to thrive in an environment to build rapport and influence peers

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Compensation
