  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue and customer success in the field operations of the company.
  2. Lead a team of field strategy professionals and provide mentorship and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align on strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution.
  4. Work closely with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive business growth.
  8. Develop innovative strategies and initiatives to increase customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  9. Identify and address potential roadblocks and challenges that may hinder the success of strategic plans.
  10. Continuously track and report on the progress and effectiveness of strategic plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.
  11. Ensure that all strategies are aligned with the company's mission, values, and objectives.
  12. Stay updated on the latest industry best practices and trends to bring fresh perspectives and ideas to the team.
  13. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the field strategy team.
  14. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to present strategic plans, progress reports, and recommendations.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its values and culture both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Sales Or Marketing Strategy Roles, Preferably In The Tech Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Sales Strategies.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
