  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  3. Identify and target key markets and segments for maximum impact and ROI.
  4. Manage and monitor marketing budget for field initiatives.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
  6. Plan and execute a variety of events and programs, including trade shows, conferences, workshops, and webinars.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  8. Create compelling messaging and content for marketing campaigns and materials.
  9. Measure and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  10. Stay up-to-date on Salesforce products and services to effectively position them in marketing initiatives.
  11. Train and support sales teams on marketing initiatives and how to leverage them for success.
  12. Monitor and manage lead generation and conversion rates for field marketing initiatives.
  13. Continuously assess and improve field marketing processes and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences, both in-person and virtually.
  15. Stay current on emerging marketing trends and technologies, and make recommendations for implementation.
  16. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Salesforce brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
  17. Mentor and coach junior team members to drive their professional development and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing Or Related Field: A Solid Foundation In Marketing Principles And Strategies Is Essential For A Field Marketing Manager At Salesforce. A Bachelor's Degree In Marketing Or A Related Field Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of Marketing Concepts And Techniques.

  • Previous Experience In B2B Marketing: Salesforce Primarily Serves Business-To-Business (B2B) Clients, So Experience In B2B Marketing Is A Must For A Field Marketing Manager. This Includes Knowledge Of Lead Generation, Demand Generation, And Account-Based Marketing.

  • Experience In Technology Or Software Industry: Salesforce Is A Leading Technology And Software Company, So Having Prior Experience In This Industry Is Highly Desirable. This Includes Familiarity With Technology Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Understand And Communicate Technical Concepts.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: As A Field Marketing Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Planning And Executing Marketing Campaigns And Initiatives. Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Timelines, And Coordinate With Cross-Functional Teams, Are Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Field Marketing Managers At Salesforce Often Work With A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Sales Teams, Customers, And Internal Marketing Teams.
