  1. Develop and maintain the AI trust layer for Salesforce's cutting-edge FATES technology.
  2. Ensure that all AI systems are transparent, explainable, and fair.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ethical AI principles and practices.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential biases and ethical concerns within AI systems.
  5. Create and implement processes to continuously monitor and improve the AI trust layer.
  6. Stay informed on the latest developments and best practices in AI ethics and incorporate them into the trust layer.
  7. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop solutions for ethical AI implementation.
  8. Communicate and present complex ethical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Participate in the development and maintenance of ethical AI guidelines and policies.
  10. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ethical AI principles.
  11. Mentor and guide other team members on ethical AI practices and principles.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of the AI trust layer.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on AI ethics for internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all AI systems comply with relevant regulations and laws.
  15. Represent Salesforce at conferences and events focused on AI ethics.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Fates Data Scientist Should Possess A Strong Foundation In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Sql, As Well As Experience With Data Manipulation And Analysis Tools Like Tensorflow, Keras, And Pandas.

  • Knowledge Of Ai And Machine Learning: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning Concepts, Including Neural Networks, Deep Learning, And Natural Language Processing.
