- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top tech and product leaders for executive positions
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various channels, such as networking events, job fairs, and online platforms
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for executive level roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements
- Utilize data and market insights to inform and enhance recruiting strategies and processes
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Partner with the HR team to develop and execute onboarding plans for new executives
- Represent Salesforce and our brand as a top employer in the tech industry through various recruitment initiatives
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in executive recruiting
- Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a positive reputation for Salesforce in the job market.
Extensive Experience In Executive Recruiting For The Technology And Product Industry, Preferably At A Large, Global Organization.
Strong Understanding Of The Tech And Product Landscape, Including Current Market Trends And Competitor Analysis.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing And Placing High-Level Executive Candidates In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.
Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Both Clients And Candidates.
Familiarity With Salesforce Products And Services, And A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Culture And Values.
