- Develop and implement tooling and processes to ensure ethical AI practices in all aspects of Salesforce's AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential ethical concerns in AI development.
- Conduct research and stay updated on ethical AI practices and developments in the industry.
- Design and implement protocols for testing and evaluating the ethical implications of AI models and algorithms.
- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to incorporate ethical considerations into the AI development process.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing AI solutions to identify potential ethical issues and develop solutions.
- Communicate and educate team members and stakeholders on ethical AI principles and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations related to AI ethics and ensure compliance in all AI projects.
- Collaborate with external partners and organizations to promote responsible AI practices.
- Continuously assess and improve upon existing processes and implement new strategies to promote ethical AI implementation.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Ai And Machine Learning Principles, Including Ethical Considerations And Bias Mitigation Techniques.
Experience Designing And Developing Ai Tooling And Infrastructure For Large-Scale Production Systems.
Understanding Of Software Development Practices And Experience With Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, Or C++.
Familiarity With Ethical Frameworks And Guidelines For Ai, Such As The Ieee Global Initiative On Ethics Of Autonomous And Intelligent Systems Or The Partnership On Ai's Ai Principles.
