  1. Develop and maintain tools and processes for responsible and ethical use of AI within the organization and for customers.
  2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI ethics to inform decision-making and tool development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their AI needs and integrate ethical considerations into the design and development process.
  4. Conduct regular audits and evaluations of AI systems to identify potential ethical issues and propose solutions.
  5. Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure ethical principles are incorporated into the development of AI models.
  6. Train and educate team members on ethical AI principles and best practices.
  7. Monitor and report on the ethical implications of AI projects and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Advocate for diversity and inclusion in AI by promoting fair and unbiased AI practices.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve upon existing ethical AI tooling and processes to keep up with evolving ethical standards.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on ethical AI for the organization and participate in industry conferences and events to share knowledge and insights.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Understanding Of Ai Principles And Ethics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Principles And Ethics Of Artificial Intelligence, Including Bias Mitigation, Transparency, And Explainability.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages And Tools: A Qualified Ethical Ai Tooling Engineer/Designer Should Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, And R, As Well As Tools Like Tensorflow And Pytorch.

  • Experience With Data Analytics And Machine Learning: Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Data Analytics And Machine Learning Techniques, Including Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering, And Model Evaluation.

  • Knowledge Of Compliance And Regulatory Requirements: As Salesforce Is A Global Company, The Candidate Should Have Knowledge Of Compliance And Regulatory Requirements Related To Ai, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa.
